tax-delinquent parcels in the Myrtle Beach metropolitan area. Acquisition sources include direct mail

campaigns, auction platforms, and relationships with local realtors and county officials. Each property

undergoes detailed due diligence including title verification, zoning, access, and flood zone assessment

before acquisition.
